Order Processing
Every Vantage Aura order is processed with the same discipline we put into our design. Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75.

International Shipping
Vantage Aura ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Vantage Aura is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Return Policy
We stand behind every piece we make. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Sale items and limited edition pieces are final sale and not eligible for return
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective
How to Return
Email us at returns@thevantageaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your size is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.

- Your exchange order ships once we receive your original item
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately — at no cost to you.
Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Email contact@thevantageaura.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours of your report — including original shipping costs.
